Personal Experience
Todd is a 2010 graduate of the Nashville School of Law where he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence. Additionally, he holds an Associate's of Applied Sciences from Walter's State Community College, Bachelor's of Applied Science from ETSU, and a Master's of Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
After his graduation from Nashville School of Law, Todd worked as an Assistant District Attorney from 2011 until 2022. He has experience in juvenile court, general sessions court, and criminal court. Prior to being a prosecutor, Todd worked in law enforcement for 20 years, holding positions with Washington County Sheriff's Office, Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency, and the First Judicial District Attorney's Office of Tennessee.
